Pre and Postnatal Classes

Firstly, Congratulations!!!

Pregnancy and Motherhood is such a wonderful and exciting time, but I know that when it comes to taking care of yourself it can be overwhelming and confusing particularly in terms of physical exercise. I know that your time is limited and precious! That’s where I’m here to help! My goal is to help you exercise safely during your pregnancy and afterwards. Helping you find clarity on how to keep fit safely through pregnancy and beyond is at the forefront of what I do. My classes are a safe and fun place for you to exercise throughout your pregnancy and begin building back your strength afterwards whilst fitting classes into your new routine. I welcome little ones with open arms to my studio if you need to bring them along to class with you!

What I offer:

I currently offer 1:1 Pilates and Barre sessions for Pre and Postnatal clients. 1:1 classes can either be held at my home studio in Wimbledon or at your house. You don’t need any of your own equipment, I will bring everything to you for your workout. As a qualified Nutrition and Lifestyle Coach, your overall Wellbeing is paramount to what I do and I will consider all aspects of your health and wellbeing when creating an exercise plan for you.

Why Pilates or Barre?

Pregnancy is a time of significant change for the body, Pilates and Barre have a focus on core strength, stability and mobility as well as being low impact so they are a great option during and after your pregnancy. Pilates can help build up the pelvic floor muscles, abdominal and back muscles all of which can help you throughout your pregnancy and beyond.
