All classes are offered in person, at my lovely home studio in Wimbledon (or your place)! Online classes are also available upon request for those further afield.

Barre

I offer 1:1 Barre classes. My Barre classes are fun, energetic and have a strong focus on form and technique. Barre is a great way to improve your strength, flexibility and posture in a fun and safe way!

Barre is a full body workout that takes inspiration from Ballet strength training and Pilates but you don’t need any experience in either to join!

Pilates- Mat & Reformer

I offer 1:1 mat and reformer Pilates classes. My Pilates classes are focused on core strength, spinal mobility and flexibility.

Pilates is a low impact workout focusing on muscular strength, endurance and flexibility. Pilates emphasises good posture, flexibility and core strength.

Pre and post-natal

Pregnancy is a time of significant change for the body, Pilates and Barre have a focus on core strength, stability and mobility as well as being low impact so they are a great option during and after your pregnancy. Pilates can help build up the pelvic floor muscles, abdominal and back muscles all of which can help you throughout your pregnancy and beyond.
