Hi, I’m Charlotte,

I’m a qualified Pilates and Barre Instructor, based in South West London. I offer Private mat Pilates, reformer Pilates and Barre classes at my home studio in South Wimbledon. I also specialise in Pre and Postnatal Pilates which is one of my true passions! My mission is to help you to find joy and freedom in movement. I’m passionate about movement that nourishes both the mind and body which is why I love Barre and Pilates so much! Low impact exercise such as Barre and Pilates is a brilliant way to strengthen the body safely and effectively, while also calming and focussing the mind. Whatever your exercise goals might be, I believe that everyone can enjoy exercise and that exercise should be for every body!

 

Whether you’re completely new to exercise, looking to try something new or working on a specific goal, I will work closely with you - safely and progressively - to be the strongest version of yourself. I work with clients from many different backgrounds, helping them to ease back pain, improve posture, strengthen and lengthen the body and keep fit during pregnancy!

Barre

Barre is a low impact, full body workout that takes inspiration from Pilates and Ballet strength training. Barre focuses on high repetition of small movements that work on strengthening the whole body.

Pilates

Pilates is a low impact workout focusing on muscular strength, endurance and flexibility. Pilates emphasises good posture, flexibility and core strength.
